What is included as part of the service?
The standard per collection service consists of one of our team members visiting the day before your neighborhood's trash collection day. They will take up to three (or more for just a bit extra per visit) rolling cans down to the curb. The afternoon of your trash collection day, we will return your cans back to where you store them.
Do I need to be home or available when you arrive?
Not at all. We will bring your cans to the curb, and back whether you are home or not. In fact, our service is perfect for those who work out of the house, travel frequently, host short term rentals (airbnbs, VRBOs, etc), host long term tenants, or who are generally unavailable during the day when waste collection occurs.
What if I need more than three bins taken to the curb?
Not a problem. There is no limit (within reason 😋) to how many bins we can take to the curb for you, however, if we bring down more than 3 bins for you, we add $5 per collection. Just let us know 24hrs before your typical service time if you plan on having additional bins included. We are happy to accommodate additional bins for all of your collections, or on a one-off basis.
Can I sign up for every other collection cycle?
Yes. You can choose service every week, every two weeks, or once a month. You still only pay on a per service basis, no matter how frequently you elect for us to come by.
Can I pause service temporarily if I know my trash cans will not need to be collected for a specific week?
Absolutely. We understand there may be several reasons your cans may not need collection for the week. We just ask that you give us a heads up at least 24 hours in advance before your scheduled service date so we can guarantee you won't be on our schedule for the day.
Do you provide service during times of inclement weather?
We will do our absolute best to deliver service no matter the weather, as long as providing service does not put our team members, or the general public at risk. In these extreme cases (icy roads, lightning, hail, etc), service may not be provided, and you will not be billed for that collection cycle. In most of these cases, municipal service will also be delayed. We will do our best to resume service as soon as possible.
Do you have bulk discounted pricing for HOAs and other residential communities?
Yes, we offer discounted pricing for communities that sign up for multiple door service. Please reach out to us via phone, text, or email, and we will work directly with you to come up with a pricing model that makes the most sense for your community.
Where do you provide service?
Our service is currently available in South Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Weddington, and Indian Trail. We will be expanding our service area soon, so stay tuned for updates on future expansions.
